Terms of Service

By using MavrixOps ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. Read them carefully. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Who we are

MavrixOps is a fractional AI revenue ops service operated by Matt Allan, based in Ocoee, Florida. Contact: hello@mavrixops.com.

2. Eligibility

The Service is offered to Florida-licensed home-services contractors. You represent that you hold a valid state license (Florida CCC for roofing, equivalent for other trades) and that you have authority to bind your business to these terms.

3. The Service

MavrixOps provides AI-driven call answering, follow-up, review request and response, and outbound prospecting on your behalf. You provide the knowledge base, brand voice, pricing, and approval for outbound communications.

4. Health Scan

The Health Scan is a free informational report. Estimates inside it are based on public data and reasonable assumptions. They are not guarantees of revenue, savings, or business outcomes.

5. Payment

• Standard, Complete, and White Glove pricing is published on our pricing page.
• Annual is the default contract term. Monthly is available on Standard at full published rate. Complete and White Glove are annual only.
• Setup fees are billed at signing. Monthly or annual fees are billed in advance.
• Payment is via credit card or ACH.
• Annual prepay bonus credits are non-refundable except as set out in section 6 below.

6. 90-day money-back guarantee and 60-day pause clause

Month 1 of every paid tier is activation. If month 3's ROI dashboard does not show captured revenue greater than month 3's invoice, customer pays nothing for months 2 and 3 and the setup fee is refunded. Customer must request the refund in writing within 14 days of the month 3 close date.

Customer may pause the subscription for up to 60 calendar days per calendar year without penalty. Paused months do not count toward the annual term. Pause requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the pause start date.

7. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business info, including pricing and operating hours, for the AI fleet to use.
• Approve outbound communication scripts before they go live.
• Comply with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and Florida state regulations on customer communications.
• Not use the Service to communicate with consumers in ways that violate any law.

8. Our responsibilities

• Run the Service in good faith with up-time as our priority.
• Respect tenant isolation. Your data does not bleed across to other clients.
• Disclose AI identification on every inbound call.
• Honor STOP and HELP keywords on SMS.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to deceive consumers, evade Do Not Call rules, impersonate other businesses, or engage in deceptive trade practices. We will terminate immediately for violations.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate by giving 14 days' written notice (email is fine), subject to the Tier 1 6-month commitment. We may terminate immediately for non-payment, breach of acceptable use, or risk to other clients or the Service itself.

11. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee specific business outcomes. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 3 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify MavrixOps for claims arising from your use of the Service, your customer communications, your business operations, or your violation of any law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Florida law. Any dispute is resolved in courts located in Orange County, Florida.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by giving you 30 days' written notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.
