I'm Matt. From Sanford, Florida. Played competitive baseball for years. Now I build software. The same thing that made me a baseball player makes me a builder: I show up, I don't quit when it gets hard, and I refuse to ship slop.

I won't hire humans until the numbers say I should. The point is to prove the AI fleet replaces headcount, not props it up. If I can't run 30 clients alone, the model doesn't work and I'd rather find out now.
