MavrixOps ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, how we use it, and how to reach us about it.

1. What we collect

When you request a Health Scan or sign up for service, we collect: your name, business name, email address, business phone number, mailing address, and any business details you provide directly.

We also pull public business data: Google Places listings, public review counts, public ad-presence signals, your website's public pages. We do not buy private contact lists.

The marketing site uses minimal first-party cookies for basic analytics and form session integrity. No third-party advertising trackers.

5. Data retention

If you become a paying client, we retain your data for the life of the engagement plus 24 months for tax, legal, and audit purposes. If you only request a Health Scan and don't sign up, we delete your record after 18 months.

6. Your rights

You can request a copy of any data we hold on you, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email hello@mavrixops.com with the subject "Data request" and we'll respond within 14 days.

7. Recording disclosure (TCPA, FL)

When our Reception agent answers calls on your behalf, every call begins with a clear AI identification and recording disclosure. SMS sent by Pulse honors STOP and HELP keywords and respects 8 PM to 8 AM ET quiet hours.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Per-tenant isolation enforced at the database level (Row Level Security). Access is logged and audited.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy materially, we'll update the "last updated" date and email active clients before the change takes effect.
